Today's Lunch: Simple Japanese Meal But....

I had a good lunch today, and I use Fire King Azurite dishes made in U.S.A ones. However, what I made for lunch was really typical Japanese meal, so looks like this is Japanese dish after all... Well, my meal is a healthy one this lunch and made me really happy anyway. So I like to post here for just small picture of it. My lunch menu was rice, miso soup, egg, and  steamed salmon with seasoning. It is a good lunch to eat like this when you have time for enjoying it. I was eating this lunch and really enjoyed it with my dogs around me. Well, this was a nice and a great spending for cooking and eating. Also, dishes makes this meal better than just using normal dishes. ahaha.
(今日のランチはとてもいいもので、ファイヤーキングの食器を使ってたべました。しかしながら、ランチメニューは日本独特のご飯になり、アメリカの食器にも関わらず日本の食器のような気分になりました。というのは食事が日本食で結構健康的なものになったというのもあります。そうだったのでさらに嬉しく幸せに感じました。今日のランチメニューはご飯、お味噌汁、生卵、そしてサーモン焼きでした。サーモンは味塩こしょうでちょっと味をつけてます。とても良いランチになりました。そして、ゆっくりと味わえる時にちゃんと食べておくべきだと思います。ゆっくりと調理ができ、味わえるのは最高の贅沢かもしれないですね。それに食器もいいものを使えばさらに美味しく感じます。)

I Had A Great Dinner Last Night

I cooked dinner last night, and I am trying to find a good picture to take before I eat dinner. I wasn't sure what I can do. I tried to make better looks picture. Well, I haven't post much what I make and eat and/or using Fire King dishes those days. So I thought that why not to post today.  I ate menu was salad, Salmon Sushi rice, coffee, miso soup, and fired vegetable with beef. I made a lot of food but it was not much after I start eating... but after I ate, I was really really full. So I thought that I should eat less start tomorrow. Oh well, I think I will eat today sometime for dessert for Hummingbird Cake sometime. For dinner, I used Fire King Azurite Swirl dishes. It looked really nice and better taste. I usually use Fire King for my meal dishes, but I am hopping to cook better sometime later. ahaha.

(昨夜の夕食をつくりました。そして、夕食を食べる前の風景を撮ろうと思いいろいろとやってみたんですが何気に撮影できなくてこれでいいかという写真だけ撮れましたがどうにかこうにかなるかと納得しました。それはともかく今思っているのはファイヤーキングのお皿を使って食事をしている所をこの頃は載せていなかったなぁと思い今日は載せようと思いました。昨夜の献立はサケずし、サラダ、肉野菜炒め、お味噌汁、そしてコーヒーでした。結構いっぱい作ったようでそこまでなかったなぁと思ってみていました。しかし。。。食べ終わったらお腹いっぱいになってこれ以上食べれない！と思ってしまいました。食べ過ぎ！という事ですね。食べた終わった時に明日からは少し少なめにご飯作ったり食べたりしようと思ってしまいました。アハハ。でも、たぶんもう少ししたら、ハミングバードケーキを食べるかもしれないとは思っています。あ、そうだ夕食に使用した食器はファイヤーキングのアズライトスワールです。このお皿は一番のお気に入りです。まぁ、いつもファイヤーキングのお皿を使っています。もっとおいしい料理を作れる様になるといいなぁと考えています。）

FELT TIRED (>.<)

Actually, today is the middle of the week day for a week, and usually I have a good day and spend time for several things what I am going to do. HOWEVER, today I felt like I am really really really tired and not sure why it is..... Also, when I came home around 6pm, then I did something then I just straight went to bed until 10pm.  I was tired and didn't want to move or do anything, and I am not sure why that way I am today. Well, sometime that happen, and I can not be all the time 100% full energy for all day long. I guess that was happen to me.  After I woke up 10pm, I start making some dinner, and I made small things.

(今日は1週間のちょうど真ん中の日で、いつもは自分のやることを自由に出来る日なのですが、なぜか今日は疲れていて一日中なにをやってもうやる気がおきませんでした。夕方6時ごろに自分の家に戻ってきたのですが、ちょっとパソコンなどをやっていてそれから横になったら午後10時まで爆睡してしました。なぜ疲れていたのかはわからないのですが、時たまこのようなことがあるのはおかしいことではないのかもしれません。人間いつも１００％とは行かないものだと思います。今日がその日だったのかもしれません。午後10時におきてから夕食の準備をして食べました。)

I made spaghetti with some taste of salmon, and pork with vegetable, and salad. I use the Fire King Azurite Swirl dishes which is my favorite one.
(今日はカツオで味付けをしたスパゲッティー、豚肉の炒め物、そしてサラダになりました。今夜使った食器はファイヤーキングのスワールアズライトです。一番気に入っているものです。)

It's February!!!

It's already in February now! I had a good day today and having a nice warm weather same time. I went to another town after I finish school, and I was having a great time with one Junior High School classroom. I just went to help students and teachers for some technological stuff, and talked to them what's going on. Also, next week on Wednesday, I need to go back there and help them to make using some internet website and teach them how to use it as well. I think this is a good opportunity for me to work somewhere like that and improve my teaching skill for myself. Then I went to shopping for some food and bought several things for dinner. I made Salmon main and soup and so on. It's better than last night. This time, I use for Fire King Swirl Azurite. It is a nice set of dish to use for dinner, and that color makes dinner table brighter. :D
(もうすでに2月になりました！今日は何故かとてもいい一日になりました。温かかったのもありますが、いつもに比べて楽しい一日になりました。大学でいろいろなことが終わった後でほかの町に行きそこの中学校の先生と生徒にテクノロジー関係の設備や使い方の講義をしたり、どう使えばいいのかなどを教えたりしました。これはすごくいい経験になると思います。それに自分が人にものを教えるということに関してどうやればいいのかなどいろいろなことが経験できるからです。そして、先生からのリクエストで来週の水曜日にまた伺って今度はウェブサイトの事などに関しての講義をすることになりました。かなり楽しいと思っています。自分も人の役に立つのだという自分を少しだけ持ちました。その後、帰ってくる前に夕食の準備のために買い物をして帰ってきました。今日の夕食はシャケをメインにスープやほかのものでいろいろと考えて作りました。今回使用した食器はファイヤーキングのスワールアズライトというものです。このお皿のセットはとても色合いがよくテーブルが鮮やかに見えます。)

I had a good time making some dinner today, and I was thinking a lot of things... Well, I have some left over for my dinner which will be tomorrow's my lunch... lol. I hope everyone had a good day!
(これを作っているときにとても楽しくてかなりいろいろなものを準備してしました。時間はかかりましたが、どうにかちょっと豪華な感じで作れてよかった気がします。)
