Had A LITTLE BIT BUSY DAY

I had a little bit busy day, and I had heavy duty day same time. I have some stuff usually going on around me, and I am doing some things like what I need to do, but I usually don't mind to do that. However, today some reasons, I felt little bit busier than usually, and I wanted to get some more time to do. I am so happy that what I am going to do everyday, and it is a great thing for me. I just not really mood for a day or something.... Well, it is ok today is almost over anyway.
(少し忙しい一日になり、いろいろなことをしなくてはならない一日にもなりました。いつもなにかといろいろなことをしなくてはならない状況にあるのですが、今日はなぜか気持ち的にどこかおかしかったのです。何があったのか自分でもわかりませんが、集中できない一日だったように思えます。それでも、忙しく感じる事はいい事かもしれないですね。でも、なにをするにも時間が足りないと感じていましたが。。。いつも楽しい日々を過ごしているので１日くらいこのような日があってもいいのかと思ってます。それに気分がのらいに日がたまにあっても仕方ないと思います。)

oh yeah, today I had a good dinner... which it is a delicious dinner for me. I use Fire King Swirl Azurite for dish and set up as I usually like to do. My dinner was Kimuchi Noodle Soup, Rice and Seaweed Soup. It was a good dinner than I thought~!
(そういえば、今日の夕食はおいしい食べ物でした。いつもおいしいと思って食べてますが。。。そして今日はファイヤーキングのアズライトを使用しました。いつもどおりじゃないか！と思ってしまうのですが・・・まぁ、いつも通りにセットアップしてそれから写真を撮って食べ始めました。今日の夕食はキムチ麺、ご飯、そしてわかめスープでした。本当においしかったです。)

 Below, I took picture of inside ECU library today after class, and I was little bit surprised that what we have now. I went to several times past year, but I didn't recognized that we have like that now with Coca Cola product with ECU. I just like to see like that. One thing, I wish we have Japanese vending machine which hot and cold for same vending machine!

Feel good about my exam

I took Exam today, and I though I did well enough but didn't do well enough like what I wanted because I didn't know the answer for some of questions like last few of them. However turned out that questions I answered was correct and I think I got all of them right this exam. :D

Fall Break

Now, ECU has the Fall break until Tuesday, but I need to study for my next exam coming on Thursday October 13th. I have time for relax and study for all my exams for next 4 to 5 days...
(今、ECUは火曜日まで秋休みにです。しかしこの間に次の木曜日にあるテスト勉強をしなければと思っています。この４、５日が有意義な試験勉強をできる日である事がいいと思います。)

Just wish I don't don't need to study for exam for break... but my professor decided to have exam on Thursday next week not past one. So I have to study for that.
I just want to do well on this exam, and hopefully don't need to rush to know all of them. I am kind of not worried about this one, but still need to study a lot more than usual. This is much much study I need to do.
(この休みの間は少なくとも勉強とかなどを考えずに過ごせたら良かったのですが、特に試験に対しての勉強です。しかし、教授が休み明けにテストをするといったので仕方ないです。ただ単にこの試験でもいい点数を取りたいと思っているのですが、それだけです。この試験をそこまで心配しているわけではないのですが、やはり勉強をしないと点数は取れないのはみえみえ。できる限りの勉強をするつもりです。)

Also, I need to finish making program for my small project so I will have some result to get done before this semester is over... ahaha
(また、今やっている研究のプログラミングを終わらせて今学期中には最低でも何らかの結果を出しておかなくてはならないのです。アハハ)

Well, hopefully this fall break help me to do some of my stuff what I want to done.
(まぁ、この秋休みが充実した物になればいいと思っています。そして少なくとも自分の終わらせたい事はできればいいなぁと思います。)

a long time....

This morning, I made a breakfast for a long time, and looks good to me. I am so happy to see that I still can make some breakfast when i wake up around 5am. Usually, I don't have much time when I wake up then I go to school or work so I usually skip breakfast, but today i really want to eat... So I made one.

Well, it is not breakfast dish but I made breakfast and put it on. Then it looks really good, and came out good to me.

I feel like rich person lol :P just joking...  I just felt I am having a good time anyway

Table Talk

On Friday, Japanese people have Table Talk like once a month. This is provide by a church people, and one person who is everyone knows person for us.

I like to go there and see what's going on. It is nice to see people in Greenville, NC and who are Japanese people. Also, you can know them and they are really nice people. I am tutoring some of their children. Also, that time I can know people other than who I know already. Also, making new friends there too. I usually talk to some American people, and some Japanese people.

When you go there, you can taste some Japanese food too. It is not only Japanese food, but it is nice to have some food from everyone. I am sure that is really nice and it is really good way to taste Japanese food. I like to invite American friend who are at ECU.

But not all the time, I can invite them. Well it is a good get together community who is from Japan. Also, American people always told me that "Any people are welcome to come here at table talk, and it is good way to people know another culture." Usually Table Talk has some related month Japanese events. So you will enjoy to join there.

Sometime, we will have a lot of things going on but sometime just one or two important things going on.

Well hope I will have fun time next one!!!

2011.5.18

This morning, I got phone call from my mother. That time she told me she lost some of stuff, and she wanted me to help her stuff. So I told my mother to on skype.

Then I talked to her for around one to two hours. That is as usual talking. Then I figure out something I need to do when I go back to Japan.

Also, I need to make sure my VISA is ok after all when I go back to Japan. So that mean, I need go to get VISA from American Consul in Fukuoka to get interview.

But I am not really ready for that yet. But I saved $200 for that VISA program issues. I will be able to do a lot of things here in Greenville, NC.

I think I will be ok to get VISA for F-1 because I am in school and go on. But making sure to have all materials makes difficult. I just need to go to get transcript from ECU as soon as possible. So I can be ok to have all document and take that with me to Japan when I go back to Japan on June 20th.

Well, hopefully, I will be ok everything. ahaha

oh I got new Fire King cup today, but I don't have any picture yet. whenever I get picture I will up here.

What's going on?

I woke up this morning and having little bit feel not well. But I don't think that is something wrong with my body and just my head making me to think that way. Also, I couldn't sleep until 4:30am as usually.
(今朝起きてすぐから少し身体がだるく感じます。しかし、体調が悪いという事ではなくただ単に自分がそう考えているだけだと思うんです。それに朝の４時半までいつも通り寝れなかったのもあるので。)

Well, I am sure this would change tonight, because I need to change this pattern anyway. Also, this week and next week, I will be busy maybe until May is over.
But I am sure I will be ok. Because I usually something is going on for me.

５月１６日

Today, I started working again with my great professor! I am so happy to work there again, and I am really happy to work there now.

I just waited that what I can do to Research Assistant for her. it's so much fun for me.

Then I went to tutoring after 3pm. Also, this helps me for my time in here much fun and better!

I came home then I made some dinner around 9pm. ahaha

今日は日本語で書こうと思います。
このブログを初めて６年になるんですが(２００５年５月１日から始めたんです)、なんとグリーンビルに来る前からやっています。

前書いているのはとてもグリーンビルに関係ある内容ではありません。

ところで、あと２日でECUの学期末テストも終わりになります。すでに終わってる学生もいますが、まだ終わってない人もまだまだいます。

今回はECUについて少し紹介をしようと思います。
East Carolina University (ECU)は環境面では都会の中にある学校ですがノースカロライナ州の中では都会の中の田舎という所にあります。グリーンビルは都会ではあるのですがまだまだ他の年に比べると田舎であると行ってもいい所があります。高層ビルがあるわけではありませんし、学生の街になっている部分もあります。

学生数：	約26300人			入学者のGPA平均：		3.45
学費：	約23000ドル			必要なTOEFL点数：		80点
寮費・食費：	約9000ドル

ここに留学をしようと考えている生徒はどのような授業を取りたいか、どのような学部に入りたいかで決めるのが一番ではないかと思います。

Well now, I am going to talk about Greenville and ECU from my view in English. I am a graduate student at ECU and majoring MS in Software Engineering. I think we have various major at undergraduate and graduate School education. One of strong field of study is Education, also field of Medicine and Nursing. Undergraduate majors are Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and so on where it is related to Medicine is stronger area at ECU. But still they have good program for all over majors. Also, a lot of people are working at ECU and who live in Greenville, people are working at ECU most of time. I am sure ECU is big part of Greenville society and students who is around here knows what's going on.

For my view that graduate school students has a lot of opportunity to work as Graduate Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and/or Graduate Research Assistant. International students are allowed to work up to 20 hours per week, and that give us to take 6 hours credits for Graduate Courses which is better then taking 9 credit hours for semester.

In this university, professors are working with you and making sure that we are able to learn and success for what we are learning from them. Also, they are always help us and welcome to ask the questions we have about classes, research topics, and/or our problems. It is nice to have someone like them being alone here. Also, American students who are my friends, and working together sometime. They are a great help for any of us. I am sure that people have feeling like that anytime. Also, I am sure that is the most important university life in America.

In Greenville, Around here American people are really nice and friendly for me and other people. Also, most of international students who talked to me that they thought American people were really great and sweet for us.

It is nice and good. Just one think you may concern that food and eating diet. If you want to eat something good stuff, maybe you can have some good food from cafeteria at university. However, that is not really for some of people, but people can go out to eat sometime and get good Japanese food, Italian, Indian food, Thai, Korean, and Chinese foods around here in Greenville.

Oh well, it is not much to say after all, but you can read this explain a lot more about Greenville's students' life. On weekend...

Classes are Finished now.

I am so happy that my classes are finished, and now just waiting to take a final and a presentation to go this semester. I am hopping to see my grades so far but professors are not yet to give us back yet...

I am kind of scary that I am going to get a better grade for this semester or not. I hope I did everything ok and hope everything else will be going to be ok.

I am really worried about what's going on now.

Well I will be ok.

I am really tired today but hopefully tomorrow won't have much going on.

good weekend

I had a good weekend, but I had little bit sad weekend too. Because some of my friend at ECU, they will be gone after this semester.

Three of them will be gone because they are graduating, and that is a good thing for them. Congratulations!!!

I am so happy to see them today and this weekend. But that makes me little bit sad.

Also, one of my friend is leaving after this semester because she was exchange student at ECU. I am glad that she had a great semesters and had a great year long stay in the USA and Greenville, NC.

Well hope next year, we will have a great year and having great people again like we did this year.

The Final Week is coming!

The Final Week will start next week. My classes are already finished, and now I need to prepare for Finals. That will be really different from what I am doing usual. Also, that is really busy week start too. This final will make my grades covered 40 to 50% and I really not ready for final yet.

Well just need to study for my all classes, and prepare for what I can do right now. Also, I need to start organizing my DropBox for my Graduate Assistant job. It's a lot things going but I like my GRA job!

That is my good time and really have a great opportunity to work with my wonderful professor. She is really nice and wonderful person ever I work with. She is Reading Education professor, and her research interests is similar to my thought when I wanted to get this GRA job. I am really happy to have this job anyway. Now, I need to finish working on my part of Graduate Research Assistant and finish for this semester work.

I will miss until I can work there again.

Final week start soon!

Today was the last day of the classes at ECU for Tuesdays and Thursdays classes. I only have Tuesdays and Thursdays classes for this semester in 2011.

I can not believe that my all classes are finished for lectures, and now left is finals. I can not believe that finals are next week. After that we are all done and start summer vacation. Well, my summer vacation is after June 20th. Because I have summer job and will take some class. I am so happy to have some kind of class and job.

I just really wish to have some kind of stuff doing anyway. I am going to take some vacation after all.
Now, I am just worried about how's final exams turned out. Well, I just study for finals until I take them so I will get some good grades :-)

I just need to have good weekend before final start and need to have some kind of prepare things.

Oh wow, shouldn't forget about my projects and so on!

Today, I found my friend comment and message about ECU. That is a great thing to read from who were at ECU and left from here. Also, that helps people to understand what kind of things, and what would be a great things at ECU. However, that message was not only good things, but need to have all over things. Good things are good for people to know, but they need to know all things.

I like that ECU is good place to study. In fact that we have a lot of things are going on, and people should know all that. Well, if people knows all of stuff maybe not really be ok. But just looking at good things are not helping all the time. sometime you know and understand of bad things that helps for preparing to coming here too. I learned a lot of things during staying here in Greenville, NC, and I am thinking that it is not much different from Japan. When you are getting used to living here, that would make you to think same as where you lived.

I am sure only few months to one year would not hurt to come here and spend time, but if you live more than 3 or 4 years, you will know the differences between Japan and USA, but also you know similar things too!

I really think that is a good thing to living another country for long time and know people around where you live. Also that helps your life to expand your thought anyway.

I had a good day today. I went to an Antique store this morning, and I didn't expected what I bought was different price than they already gave it.

This above picture price was $10 for posted, but I got cheaper than that....

I guess that was lucky. :-)

Also, I bought only this one anyway. 8 Cups was set for one price. That was good deal.

This is my daily post from now on.

Oh I am not forgetting about posting Greenville information, but not much is going on here around right now.
