Almost Change Time

Tonight, it will change regular time to summer time, and I just finish my dinner. Dinner was a meal with small stuff. I made burned chicken, slice of tuna as Tataki, and Rice. I didn't have much to eat or made tonight, but I like to eat that. I just like that kind of dinner, I really really like it! I didn't make much those days, and I was not at home for several times. I cooked several days for few weeks and so on. I usually like to eat as I cooked one, but I haven't made or cooked dinner or lunch for several days. lol ahaha Well, it is a nice to know what I can make it. Oh yeah, tonight dinner, I use Federal Dish (not know name....) but I like that color and design. Well, I am going to up the picture below.
(今夜は通常の時間からサマータイムに変わる日です。まぁ、夜に変わるのでそこまでは気にならないですよ。でも、やっぱりいいものですね。それはいいとして今夜の夕食は久しぶりに自分で作ったような気がしています。何日間か作っていなかった気がします。夕食のメニューは鶏肉の焼き物、マグロのたたき、そしてご飯というシンプルですがとても美味しかったです。この頃さぼっていたような気がしてたので、美味しいかどうか食べてみてから美味しいと気がつきました。アハハ。今回は見た目がすごく良かったので、自分的には気に入っています。今回は始めて使ってみた食器があります。食器の種類はフェデラルのものです。ちょっと名前がわかりませんが、きれいながらで結構気に入っています。)

Dessert Crème brûlée with Tea

It was a great dinner and dessert for all of this kind of thing. I am so happy to have all of this. I love to have this kind of dinner and dessert for the day.
(このようないいディナーとデザートを作って食べる事ができてすごく良かったです。それにすごく嬉しい気分で食べる事ができました。すごく嬉しかったのでまた作れる時に作ろうと思いました。)

Raining SaturdaY!

It was all day long we had a raining on Saturday, but today was warmer than yesterday. Also, it is a good rest day of the week for me, so I decided to make a good simple but looks good dinner at night. I think I like to do that when I have time to do, but I just wish that I could make better than that little bit. Well, I didn't have much to make breakfast and lunch, so I skip both of them... lol But I got hungry before 5pm, so I went to outside and go shopping for little bit then I came back home and started cooking for dinner. I wasn't sure what I really wanted to make, but I had some salad, tomato, cucumber, so on, then I found Tuna for dinner. Finally, all together, I made Tuna for main dish, and Rice, Salad, and some vegetable soup. It was a good dinner for me to eat for tonight.
(今日、土曜日は一日中あまりよくない天気で雨も降っていました。でも、昨日に比べるとなぜか温かく気持ちがよい一日になりました。そして休みの日としてはいい日になりましたし、夜に夕食を頑張って作ろうと思える日でもありました。まぁ、朝食と昼食はあまり食べたくなかったので食べずに過ごしたら、午後５時くらいにお腹が空いてきて夕食を作る材料を買い出しに行ってきて作りました。買い物でかったものはカツオの切れ身、トマト、サラダ、キュウリなどです。帰ってきてから早速夕食の準備をして、何をつくるか迷いましたが、最終的にはカツオのタタキ、ご飯、野菜スープ、そしてサラダになりました。とてもおいしかったと自分では納得して食べました！)

It's been a while since I last made dinner like this, but I was able to make this again when I have free time like this. I usually don't have time for making breakfast, lunch and dinner for all the time and make simple and easy ones, but I love making all of them. So I will try to make more and more dinner like this again soon! Well, hopefully, I have a good dinner tomorrow! If not, I will just make simple like I usually make.
(久しぶりにこんなに手の込んだものを作ったきがしてます。この頃さぼってた？なんて感じでしょうか。まぁ暇があればこのくらいは作れていいのではと思ってしまいました。そしてまた簡単なものを作るのではなくちゃんとしたものをもっともっと作っていく様に努力しようと思ってます。またすぐにこんな感で作れるといいのですが。。。あ！明日は日曜日作れるかもしれません。アハハ。もしできなさそうなら、来週末に作れればいいです。)

I was relaxing today and doing some cleaning around kitchen and living room at my house. It was not much to clean seems like but I needed to do a lot of things to clean and space out to change it. However, after all finish I think I have less things than I had before, but it should be much different from what I had.
(今日はリラックスをしながら台所をリビングルームの片付けをしていました。そんなに片づけをするようなところはなさそうに思えたのですが、やり始まると案外いろいろと片付けなくてはならず。。。結構大変でした。まずはいらない物を捨てて、そしているものをちゃんと入れるなどなどしながら結局大変なことになりました。)

I don't have much to say today, but after that I made dinner.

That is really simple but I like that one. ahaha. Well hopefully everyone has a great rest of year days!

DINNER

I usually make dinner when I am at my apartment, and I like to use Fire King dishes! It's really nice to make food and place on Fire King dishes.
(いつも家にいる時は夕食を作っています。そしてお皿は結構ファイヤーキングをつかっています。ファイヤーキングのお皿は食事を並べるのにすごく食べ物を引き立ててくれます。)

Tonight, I made Tuna Tataki and Steak with Rice and Miso Soup for dinner on Fire King Turquoise Blue dishes. I usually like to use Fire King Dishes, but I was not sure which one I want to use today. Because I liked to use Swirl Azurite, and drink Green Tea. But all of these, I like to use Turquoise Blue. Also, That makes little bit better for food.
(今夜はマグロのタタキとステーキをメインにご飯とお味噌汁で食べました。お皿はファイヤーキングのターコイズブルーを使いました。いつも通りファイヤーキングを使うのが好きなのですが、今日は少しどのファイヤーキングを使うかを悩んでしまいました。お茶を飲むのにアズライトのコップを使いたかったんですが、他の料理を並べるのにはターコイズブルーを使った方がいいかと思いました。それに料理がもっとおいしく感じるからです。)

And Tataki (Japanese たたき: "pounded" or "hit into pieces"), also called tosa-mi, is a manner of preparing fish or meat in Japanese cuisine.

Also, after that dinner, I ate some desserts which is carrot cake and Passion Tea.  I liked to eat dessert with some tea now, and use Fire King Snack set or Federal Snack Set dishes!
(食後にはデザートをいただきました。今日のデザートはなんとニンジンのケーキとパッションティーです。そしてファイヤーキングのスナックセットもくしはフェデラルのスナックセットをつかって食べるのが最高においしいです。)
