昨日はちょっと疲れがたまっていたけど。。。(Yesterday, I was tired, but .....)

Yesterday, I was really really tired and I didn't even think about what I like to eat any at all... but still I had

a good dinner. I had a fried vegetable with beef, rice, and Soup with vegetable. Also, I made peach tea

I use for Lunch and Dinner

I took a lunch around 1pm, and trying think about what I can use dishes for my lunch. Well, I am going to eat really Salmon Tataki for Lunch. Also, I decided to Fire King Jadeite Jane Ray dishes, and I try to use dishes and make display for better looks this lunch. So at least I can enjoy for what I am eating and lunch time. Well, I didn't make much and eat today, but I was thinking that how much would this cost if I go to restaurant to ask them to make for me. I am sure this will cost around $100 or more. Because I usually get around 8 pieces about $8.85~. So you can see that many pieces, and hopefully won't think too much. :D

(私は今日、午後1時くらいに昼食を取ろうと思って、食器棚を見ながらどの食器を使おうかなぁって考えちゃいました。まあ、昼食は、サーモンのたたきを食べるつもりでした。なので、今回はファイヤーキングのジェーンレーイを使うことをしようかと思っちゃいました。そして食器にタタキを載せて見た目に注意してと思ってしまいました。見た目はまぁまぁかな。。。せっかく食べる昼食だからやっぱり見た目を気にしてしまいました。楽しんで昼食を食べれることは良い事だと思うので。。。でも、これってもしレストランで食べるとしたら、いくらになるんだろうって思っちゃいました。で、考えてたら、たぶん約$100以上しそうかなぁ？って思っちゃいました。レストランで食べるとしたら、8切れで8.85ドルからってことになるんじゃないかなぁ。というかそんなこと考えないほうが良いかなぁ。。。)

Then, I was doing some stuff for few hours, and I was trying to think that what I can eat for dinner. Well now, what I like to eat is some salmon steak and beef steak from left over yesterday.... Then I thought that rice and miso soup with it, that will be a great dinner. So I start making dinner and trying to think that when I can eat it? Oh! yeah, I can eat little bit early dinner, so I looked at my clock... It was already 6pm. So little bit early to eat dinner, but it is a good time to eat anyway. Ahaha. I decided to use Fire King Jadeite Jane Ray and some of Turquoise dishes.

数時間たっていろいろとやっていて夕食を作らないとと思って何にしようかなぁ?って考えました。まぁ、まずは何が出来るかと思ってサーモンの煮焼きと昨日の残りのステーキを食べることにしました。あと。。。ご飯にお味噌汁って事にしてと考えて用意をしました。まぁちょっと早いと思ったんだけど。。。と思って時計を見てみたらまだ午後6時でした。まぁ、それはそれとして、今回使用しようと思った食器はファイヤーキングのジェイレーイとターコイズブルーにしました。

Today was a Cool down day of summer!

It's a nice and cool down day in here. It is so nice that we have less warm day during middle of summer season. I even don't need to turn on any fun or air-condition at my home. Also, my dogs are having a great time all day long. So all over today was a good day. I didn't have much to talk about today, but I just want to say I had a good day. Oh my lunch was not much to eat so I just made easy cooking one. That is Beef Tataki. It's halfway of raw beef cooking. It's a good way to eat sometime when you wanna eat colder and cool down during warmer day.  Well, it was a nice day for eating like that. I was cooler than other day, but still warm enough to eat like that. Weather was low 80's F degrees. Oh yeah, I ate with rice and miso soup. 

(今日はとても良い一日で、しかも涼しい日でした。夏の暑さの中休みの様な一日でしたが、やはりすごくいいものでした。やはりこんな日があってもいいのではないかと思います。暑いばかりじゃ夏バテしてしまいますよね。うちで飼っている犬達も涼しい一日を楽しんでいるようでした。そんなに書く事もなかったのですが、更新してみようと思って書きました。今日のランチはとても簡単なものになりました。献立は牛のタタキです。牛肉の固まりのまわりをほんのり焼くだけで中心部分は生のままです。でも、冷たく冷やしてから食べるので熱い日や温かい日には結構美味しく食べれる一品です。今日はさほど暑い訳ではなかったのですが、それでも美味しく食べれました。)

Fire King lunch and dinner

I haven't posted much since middle of October again, but I was kind of busy doing some stuff related to University study and work so on... Well, it is really hard time for me to focus many things... so I decided to not write here until little bit over. So today, actually I have some free time which I just woke up middle of night and start writing this.  Oh yeah, I just want to talk about my lunch and dinner what I have been eating since last time.
(10月半ばくらいにブログの更新をしてませんでした。その理由はここ2週間かなり忙しくなかなかいろいろなことに手が回らない状態でした。特に大学院での勉強などが多忙で本当に空回り状態で。。。アハハ。それはともかく多忙な時期には勉強などに集中をする為にあえてブログの更新をしませんでした。少し忙しくなるまではということです。実は今日、時間があるので（夜中に起きたので）ブログの更新をしようと思いたち書くことにしました。まぁ書くことが思いつかないので昼食と夕食について書こうかと思います。）

Well, first thing is my lunch, I have been making several meals for lunch and using Fire King dishes. However, I have not much different dishes to use, but I made several different things... I will post different pictures below this.
(まぁ最初に書くのはやっぱりランチについてですね。ここ数日のランチについて書きますね。数回のランチを作っていて写真を撮ったものに関してです。あとファイヤーキングのお皿も使っています。でも、結構毎回同じようなお皿を使ってしまってます！でも料理は違うものですが。このあと写真を載せておきますね。）

 Now, I am going to talk about my dinner which is usually main thing, and I usually talk about it. I made several meals over 2 weeks since last time I update from this blog. I don't think I will be able to post all of them, but I will try to post several of them as I can. I use different fire king dishes and trying to make it looks better with cheaper meal! However using Fire King, it makes cheap meal looks like expensive and good dinner as well. I feel like that "luxurious feel" sometime when I use Fire King dishes, and Fire King dishes makes me to make more meal than I can eat sometime.
(さて次はいつもメインで書いてる夕食に関してですね。ここ2週間でいろいろとものを作っていてすべては載せれませんが、一応載せれるだけ載せてみようと思ってはいます。そしてやはり使っている食器はファイヤーキングのものが多いです。その食器を使うと安い料理も美味しく見えて高い料理に感じます。ちょっとした贅沢を味わえてしまうんですね。これが。まぁ気持ち的には贅沢感を味わえて料理も美味しくいただけます。しかも、夕食を作りすぎてしまって次の日の朝から夕食の残り物を食べることもしばしばしかもランチも）

 It is many pictures to post here and I think I will try to post everyday when I take picture and try to write down several things at once a day! so I don't have to go through and make a lot of thing going on at once! Well, it is fun to write down something like this.

Actually, Today is My Birthday!

Today is my birthday, it is really my birthday! Oh my my! I got another year of old and getting more and more every year. I am sure today, I hope I will have a great day and am sure that will be happen anyway. I am going to have some kind of party sometime later today. I am not sure when it will start, but it is a good one. Oh yeah, I am going to post this blog on my birthday at 12am, September 25th. Then I am sure I will post another one later today. In the morning, I will take a picture of my breakfast... But I am not sure when I will post that on this blog.... Maybe around noon? Ahaha. I will be busy and doing some study for day time as my relaxing time. lol Well, I am going to have a great birthday of mine!
(今日は自分の誕生日です。本当に今日は自分の誕生日なんです。あれよ。あれよ。という間にまた1年が経ちまた1歳としを取りました。これからも毎年年を取っていくのだと思うと楽しいみなのやらなんなのやらと思ってします。まぁ、今日はゆっくりとした時間を過ごせることを祈っていますが、それに伴ってよい一日であればいいと思います。たぶん良い一日であるのは間違いないと思います。夕方以降にはなんらかのパティーがあると思いますが。。。でも、それまでいろいろとありそうで大変ですね。アハハ。そうだ。このブログは9月25日の午前12時(アメリカ東海岸)にポストされると思うのです(・。・)なぜかというと自分の誕生日を自分でもお祝いしたいからというのがあります。アハハ。それに今日中にはもう1つか2つはブログをここにアップできると思うからです。たぶん朝起きてすぐに朝食を取ると思うのですが、その時の写真をここに載せることが出来れば載せようと思っています。でもお昼ごろになるかもしれないのですが。。。まぁゆっくりとした時間の中で勉強などを自分なりにしてリラックスできるといいなぁと思っています。へへ。今日が良い誕生日であるように祈っておきます。)
